Welcome to RahbarCRM (“RahbarCRM”, “Rahbar”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a product of Fynsis Softlabs Private Limited.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, installation, deployment, download, modification, hosting, operation, and use of RahbarCRM Community Edition, websites, AI modules, integrations, services, and related software offerings.

By downloading, installing, accessing, deploying, modifying, or using RahbarCRM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software or related services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Software” refers to RahbarCRM Community Edition and related components
“User”, “Customer”, “Organization”, or “You” refers to any individual or entity using the Software
“Fynsis” refers to Fynsis Softlabs Private Limited and related entities
“AI Modules” refers to AI-powered features, automation systems, enterprise modules, integrations, or Addons
“Services” refers to websites, support systems, integrations, APIs, hosted platforms, or related offerings

2. Open Source Licensing

RahbarCRM Community Edition includes components licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License Version 3 (“AGPLv3”) and other open-source licenses.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and an applicable open-source license, the open-source license shall govern the relevant component.

3. Nature of the Software

RahbarCRM Community Edition is an open-source CRM platform with optional enhancements, workflows, integrations, themes, and AI-related functionality.

Certain modules, enterprise features, AI systems, automation services, or Addons may:

Require separate approval
Require additional licensing
Require manual activation
Be distributed separately
Be subject to verification or compliance review

Availability of such features is solely at the discretion of Fynsis.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Hosting and deployment
Infrastructure security
Server maintenance
Data protection
User management
Compliance obligations
Backups and disaster recovery
API and integration security
Monitoring and operational management

You are also solely responsible for:

All activities performed using the Software
AI-generated outputs
Customer communications
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

These responsibilities are described in the RahbarCRM EULA.

5. AI Modules & Third-Party Services

Certain features may integrate with:

Third-party AI providers
APIs
Cloud platforms
Automation systems
Communication providers
External databases
Plugins and integrations

Users acknowledge that:

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
AI-generated outputs must be independently reviewed
Users are responsible for compliance with third-party provider terms
RahbarCRM does not control third-party services or AI platforms

Use of AI-related functionality is entirely at the user’s own risk.

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

Use the Software for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Distribute malware or malicious code
Violate intellectual property rights
Misrepresent RahbarCRM branding or ownership
Use the Software for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
Use the platform in violation of export laws, sanctions, or cybersecurity regulations

7. High-Risk Activities

RahbarCRM is not intended for fail-safe or high-risk environments including:

Medical systems
Emergency response systems
Aviation systems
Military systems
Nuclear operations
Critical infrastructure
Life-support environments

Users must not rely on the Software where failures could result in injury, death, regulatory violations, or significant damages.

8. Intellectual Property

“RahbarCRM”, “Rahbar”, “Fynsis”, associated branding, logos, graphics, trademarks, and commercial identity assets remain the exclusive property of Fynsis unless otherwise stated.

Open-source licensing does not grant rights to:

Logos
Branding assets
Commercial identity
Marketing materials
Trademarks

Unauthorized branding usage is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Users are solely responsible for:

Customer data handling
Data retention policies
Legal consent requirements
Privacy compliance
Data security
International data transfers

RahbarCRM does not control customer-hosted databases in self-hosted deployments.

10. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RahbarCRM and Fynsis disclaim all warranties including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Security
Reliability
Accuracy
Availability
Compatibility
Error-free operation
Uninterrupted service

We do not guarantee that the Software will meet user requirements or operate without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RahbarCRM, Fynsis, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and related entities shall not be liable for:

Direct damages
Indirect damages
Business losses
Data loss
Security incidents
Compliance failures
AI output errors
Service interruptions
Third-party claims
Regulatory actions
Loss of profits or revenue

Your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Services

RahbarCRM may depend on external providers or APIs.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party outages
API changes
Pricing changes
Security incidents involving external services
AI model behavior
Service interruptions
Third-party compliance failures

Use of external services is solely at your own discretion and risk.

13. Support & Maintenance

Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement:

No guaranteed support is provided
No guaranteed updates are provided
No SLA commitments are provided
No guaranteed maintenance is provided

Fynsis may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, Addons, services, or downloads at any time without liability.

14. Future Licensing & Commercial Changes

Fynsis reserves the right to:

Introduce paid editions
Introduce enterprise licensing
Modify pricing
Change packaging or distribution
Add subscription services
Discontinue features or versions
Modify access methods

Open-source rights already granted under applicable licenses remain subject to those licenses.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RahbarCRM, Fynsis, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and related entities against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, legal actions, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Software
AI-generated content
Customer data
Security incidents
Legal violations
Intellectual property disputes
Regulatory non-compliance
Third-party claims

16. Termination

Fynsis may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to:

Downloads
AI Modules
Addons
Support systems
Websites
Services
Integrations

at any time and without liability.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable within the jurisdiction determined by Fynsis.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts determined by Fynsis.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions may be published through official RahbarCRM websites, repositories, documentation, or distribution channels.

Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Acceptance

You agree to be legally bound by them
You accept all associated risks
You release RahbarCRM and Fynsis from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law
